Aziz Rakla, a civil servant from Mississauga region of Ontario, Canada, has dedicated his life for bringing a positive change through the power of education. His role as a president of the Citizens Foundation (TCF), Canada, has encouraged him to open numerous schools in Pakistan and other regions of the world. He aspires to deliver a better life to children and youth through formal education. He also inspires the citizens of Pakistan to offer donations for children’s education as a part of Zakat, payment made for charitable purposes under Islamic law.

From his childhood years, Aziz was aware of the fact that proper education is the DNA of an impactful life. And to encourage the youth for attaining skills that are instrumental in getting a decent job, Aziz Rakla generously supports the Mississauga YMCA Employment Center.

Apart from focusing on education, Aziz also understands the importance of healthcare in a community. And this can be testified from his support towards SINA-CLF’s 15 Clinic, Anita Aziz, Rakla Center, which became operational on June 4, 2016. This center provides primary healthcare to the community by charging as low as five rupees. 

Through his long list of noble causes, Aziz Rakla visions to make the world a better place for those who were devoid of basic necessities, like education and healthcare.

Apart from being a social worker and civil servant, Aziz Rakla also manages to work as a business personality. He is the owner of Rakla Tires Inc., a renowned firm that offers high-quality tires for cars, SUVs, trucks, and trailers.
